Background Information

William Ochieng is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Professional Mediator (CPM). He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi and a post graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is currently undertaking his Master of Laws (LL.M) at the University of Nairobi.

William is enthusiastic about climate mitigation and environmental conservation and is currently leading the Green Volunteers Movement— a vibrant team of young Kenyans taking action to mitigate the devastating effects of climate change. He also has keen interests in legislative drafting and policy formulation. William’s key areas of legal practice include conveyancing, commercial law, probate and administration, constitutional and human rights litigation, and family law. William is a Millennium Fellow having graduated from the United Nations Millennium Fellowship Program where he focused on bridging the inequality gap in access to education for PWD children in line with SDG 10.

William is friendly, gentle, open minded and result oriented. He is dedicated to tailoring legal solutions to ensure that clients get the best services at all times.
