Today, alongside Senior Counsel Martha Karua, Babu Owino, Willis Evans Otieno, Abner C. Mango, Vin Kisukwa, and eight other Counsel, we appeared before Hon. Justice Chacha Mwita, where we successfully secured the production of blogger Ndiangui Kinyagia through a Habeas Corpus application.
Additionally, the Court granted orders restraining the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and any other law enforcement agency from arresting Mr. Kinyagia.
